A little autumn, made by hand
Quality lives in the details, and a little ritual makes a celebration special. At the Halloween Pumpkin Floral Gathering at Love & Peace Space in Richmond, golden roses, burgundy blooms and colourful autumn leaves met the warm shapes of pumpkins.
A pumpkin became a vessel, branches became lines, and flowers brought colour. With a shared palette of autumn materials, each arrangement gradually took on a character of its own.
Creating together around the table
The teacher demonstrated as participants gathered around the wooden table. Trimming stems, choosing flowers and exchanging ideas brought each creation closer to its maker’s vision.
Tea ware, ribbons and flowers filled the table. Under warm lighting, individual pumpkin arrangements came into view, leaving both handmade pieces and warm memories of shared creative time.
Flowers, tea and a different kind of celebration
Halloween can also be about flowers, tea and a little elegance. Working with our hands offers a new experience in everyday life and an easy way to connect with others.
This 60-second recap uses actual event photographs, focusing on arrangements, hands at work and details of the space. Thank you to everyone who joined us. At Love & Peace Space, we make room to turn ordinary moments into something worth savouring.
