Question: When trying harder makes you anxious, what feels stuck?

Eva: I was putting too much weight on results. While building Love & Peace Space over the past year and more, I have put in a lot of effort. There were moments of anxiety, tension and pressure. Why am I anxious today? Why do I feel tense? We need to focus on the process, on what we are doing, rather than letting the outcome dictate how we feel right now. That helped me relax again and slow down. For me, feeling at ease, feeling steady within, and finding that inner peace matter more than anything.
