Question: When a relationship is difficult, is letting go the only answer?

Eva: It is less about letting go and more about understanding. When something troubles us in a relationship, we can ask ourselves: Why has this problem come up? What is behind the emotion I am feeling today? Understand the other person. Get to know them. Really see them. When you do, you can begin to feel empathy and compassion. You can connect with them, find common ground. It becomes easier to talk. And the relationship naturally becomes more harmonious.
